Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating laser cutting machines to produce high-quality components while ensuring adherence to safety standards and production specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. Responsibilities Operate laser cutting machines to fabricate components according to engineering specifications. Conduct quality inspections of finished products using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers. Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate measurements and adjustments during the cutting process. Assemble parts as needed, ensuring proper fit and function in accordance with production requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production efficiency. Skills Proficiency in operating laser cutting machinery with a strong understanding of fabrication techniques. Experience with quality inspection processes and the use of precision measuring instruments. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
