Position:

Disassemble parts, components, or products according to work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a production environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Interpret work orders, production routers, product manuals, and/or verbal instructions to perform assigned tasks. Understand and comply with all

ISO 9001

requirements. Effectively uses a variety of hand tools to assemble components with precision and maintain high-quality standards. Complete all required daily paperwork and update production boards. Perform 5S audits and complete daily checklists. Participate in continuous improvement efforts by providing process improvement suggestions. Use daily discomfort logs and report any sickness or injury, regardless of severity. Maintain a clean and organized work area through daily housekeeping responsibilities. Be flexible and willing to move to different work areas based on production needs. Be available to work overtime, including weekends, when required. Participate in team huddles, group projects, and oneonone communications.

Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences. Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions and diagrams, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Physical Requirements Frequent hand gripping and fine motor manipulation to assemble parts, operate tools, and handle small components. Ability to use hand tools (pliers, screwdrivers, cutters, etc.) with consistent grip strength throughout the shift. Repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements for extended periods. Ability to stand or remain in a fixed position for long periods (10 hours depending on shift). Frequent reaching with hands and arms to retrieve parts, operate fixtures, or position components. Consistently lifting up to 25 lbs throughout the shift, as required for handling materials or assemblies. Where We Work This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)- Tooele, UT US. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
