We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Shop Operator to join our manufacturing team. If you enjoy working with precision equipment, solving problems, and producing high-quality products, we'd love to meet you. As a Machine Shop Operator, you'll operate CNC and manual machining equipment to manufacture quality components while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency throughout the production process. What You'll Do Operate CNC and manual machine tools including mills, lathes, saws, lasers, drills, and fabrication equipment. Set up equipment using engineering drawings and production instructions. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments. Monitor machine performance and make routine adjustments. Replace tooling and perform routine preventative maintenance. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet production goals. What We're Looking For Manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred. CNC machining experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings. Experience using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring equipment. Strong attention to detail. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
