In this role, you'll operate Computer-to-Plate (CTP) systems to produce high-quality printing plates while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and production standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CTP systems, including loaders, imaging systems, and processors Perform quality checks to ensure plates meet production standards Maintain proper chemistry levels and processor conditions Read plating schedules, retrieve impositions, and confirm job approvals Load files, slug pages, and process plates for production Safely transport finished plates to the pressroom Enter completed jobs into databases and manage file cleanup Perform daily cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping tasks Complete weekly deep cleaning and servicing of processors

Preferred Requirements:

Knowledge of plate-making and prepress processes Ability to read and interpret impositions and job proofs Basic computer proficiency and experience with databases Strong attention to detail and quality control Excellent organization and record-keeping skills Ability to work independently and follow production schedules Help us bring stories to life—join the BPG-USA team today!
