Please be prepared to provide 2-3 professional references upon request Position Overview Creative Cause Solutions is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Cutter Operator to join our large-format printing and manufacturing team. This position operates Zünd digital cutting equipment and a Summa cutting system to produce finished graphics, displays, signage, and other materials for retail clients. The Cutter Operator is responsible for reviewing job tickets, setting up and operating cutting equipment, loading and aligning materials, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. The role includes cutting and finishing a variety of substrates, performing basic equipment maintenance, recording production information, and working with production team members to meet customer deadlines. Qualifications & Experience Experience in manufacturing, printing, finishing, digital cutting, or a related production environment is preferred but not required. Experience operating Zünd equipment is a plus; however, we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, quality-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Applicants should be comfortable reading measurements and production instructions, using basic computer systems, and working in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and the position requires standing for extended periods and safely handling large-format materials.
