What You'll Be Doing Prepare and saturate liners with resin as part of a specialized pipe rehabilitation process Operate production equipment such as rollers, vacuum systems, and calibration tools Follow step-by-step procedures to ensure proper material handling and quality output Perform inspections to ensure products meet quality and performance standards Assist with packaging, staging, and preparing materials for delivery Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Work closely with a team to meet production deadlines What We're Looking For ✅ Strong work ethic and reliability ✅ Willingness to learn and build a long-term career ✅ Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes ✅ Mechanical aptitude (comfortable working with tools/equipment) ✅ Comfortable with physical work (lifting, standing, moving materials) ✅ Team-oriented mindset Preferred (Not Required) Experience in manufacturing, production, or construction Experience with machine operation, assembly, or general labor Exposure to resins, coatings, or industrial materials Why This Role Stands Out Career growth: Clear path to advancement for those willing to learn
