Millwork Machine Operator

We are looking for a reliable CNC Machine Operator to join our millwork team. This role involves operating woodworking machinery to produce cabinets, countertops, doors, and other custom millwork components. Ideal candidates have hands-on CNC or woodworking machine experience and take pride in producing quality work in a fast-paced shop environment. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machines and other woodworking equipment (saws, edge banders, etc.) Load materials and run production jobs based on provided programs Monitor machine operation and ensure parts meet quality standards Measure and inspect finished parts using basic tools (tape measure, calipers) Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work area clean Follow all safety procedures and shop guidelines Qualifications Experience operating CNC or woodworking machinery preferred Experience in a millwork or cabinet shop Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Dependable and team-oriented
