Kelly Now Hiring-Machine Operators Key Responsibilities:

Operate various manufacturing machines to ensure smooth production processes. Assist with in-process manufacturing inspections to maintain quality standards. Load and unload parts in robotic manufacturing cells efficiently. Move inventory between manufacturing processes as needed. Assemble small products according to specifications. Clean, inspect, package, label, and prepare products for shipment. Perform other tasks as needed to support manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in manufacturing is a plus. Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift and move heavy parts as required.
