Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator with hands-on Tajima experience. You will set up, run, and monitor embroidery machines to produce high-quality finished products across a variety of items, including blankets, beanies, hats, and backpacks.

Responsibilities:

Operate Tajima embroidery machines to produce orders accurately and efficiently Hoop garments and items with precise placement, following the order specifications Embroider a variety of products, including blankets, beanies, hats, and backpacks Load designs, set up thread colors, and make sure machines are ready for production Monitor machines during operation and fix minor issues such as thread breaks and needle changes Inspect finished pieces for quality, checking for placement, stitch quality, and defects Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Meet daily production goals and deadlines

Requirements:

3+ years of experience operating Tajima embroidery machines Proven experience hooping and embroidering blankets, beanies, hats, and backpacks Strong attention to detail and ability to place designs exactly where specified Ability to work with different fabrics and difficult-to-hoop items Ability to read work orders and follow instructions Reliable, punctual, and able to work well on a team

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to [25-30] lbs

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
