Embroidery Machine Operator/Embroidery Assistant

POSTION SUMMARY

• We are looking for Full Time or Part Time associates to join our growing Team. As an Embroidery Machine Operator or Embroidery Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of our production process, bringing Logos to life with precision and flair. You'll work with state-of-the-art embroidery machines and collaborate with our team to produce high-quality products that exceed our clients' expectations.

• Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operator:

Set up, load and operate multi-head embroidery machines, ensuring optimal performance and quality. Strong attention to details. Read and interpret embroidery designs, adjusting settings for different fabrics and styles. Monitor production for accuracy and consistency, making adjustments as needed to maintain high standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.

Embroidery Assistant:

Cuts backing, steams hoop marks, trims threads and quality checks embroidery before folding and bagging items. Prepares orders for shipping and/or picks and packs orders for fulfillment. Assists machine operators as needed.

Collaboration:

Work closely with production team to meet project timelines and specifications.

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in embroidery or textile production is a plus. Strong attention to details and have a passion for craftsmanship. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs.
