This role ensures proper fill levels, minimizes product waste, and maintains compliance with food safety, quality, and production standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate and monitor automated filling equipment to ensure accurate fill volumes Set up and adjust filling machines according to product specifications Perform changeovers between production runs as required Conduct routine quality checks to verify fill levels, bottle integrity, and product flow Identify and correct underfills, overfills, leaks, or spills Accurately record production data, including lot numbers and quality checks Report equipment malfunctions or irregularities to the Supervisor or Maintenance team Maintain cleanliness of the filling area in accordance with GMP and sanitation standards Follow all food safety, HACCP, and workplace safety procedures Support production efficiency while minimizing downtime and product loss Core Competencies Safety & Food Safety Awareness Demonstrates consistent adherence to food safety, GMP, and workplace safety standards. Identifies and reports potential risks proactively. Attention to Detail Ensures packaging accuracy, proper labeling, lot coding, and quality standards are met without deviation. Accountability Takes ownership of machine performance, production output, and compliance responsibilities. Follows procedures even when unsupervised. Mechanical Aptitude Understands basic machine functions, performs minor adjustments, and identifies operational issues promptly. Teamwork & Communication Works collaboratively with production team members, maintenance, and supervisors to maintain efficient line operations. Reliability & Work Ethic Demonstrates punctuality, consistency, and dependability in meeting production goals.
