Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Assembly, Packing, and Shipping Workman to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for assembling products, packing items efficiently, and preparing shipments to ensure timely delivery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced factory environment where your mechanical skills and attention to detail will make a direct impact on our production flow. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative manufacturing facility dedicated to quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to meet production specifications. Pack finished products securely for shipment, ensuring accuracy and protection during transit. Prepare shipping labels, documentation, and coordinate with logistics teams for timely dispatch. Conduct quality checks during assembly and packing processes to maintain high standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations. Skills Experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility environment a plus. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment effectively.. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, assembly procedures, and shipping protocols preferred. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently while operating machinery such as forklifts and power tools. Must speak English and have good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisor. Must have the ability to arrive on time. Must be able read a tape measure. It is important that you have the ability to move heavy boxes ( up to 40 pounds) repeatedly throughout the day.
