This role is responsible for supporting product quality and production performance and is not a forklift or material handling position.
Starting Pay Rate:
$21.42/hour + 10% shift differential (weekly pay) .
Shift:
6pm-6am 2-2-3 (non-rotating) shift pattern (Enjoy working 15 days per month). Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor automated production equipment Adjust machine settings to maintain quality standards Identify and respond to minor machine issues Perform routine quality inspections Record production data accurately Maintain a safe and organized work area Qualifications
  • Experience operating stationary manufacturing equipment; warehouse or forklift-only experience may not align with this role
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment Successful completion of on-site pre-employment assessments that include manual dexterity, matching, and intermediate technology evaluations.
Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods (12-hour shifts) Lift up to 35 pounds occasionally Work around moving production equipment safely
