Ridgeway, Virginia CoWorx Staffing Services has immediate openings for Assembly Workers in Ridgeway, VA! These are 1st Shift positions offering paid lunch breaks and flexible schedule in a climate-controlled environment.Hours:
7:00am-3:00pm $14.50Responsibilities:
Assemble and tape boxes in accordance with packaging requirements and production schedules. Pack bottles and gel syringes accurately while maintaining quality and productivity standards. Place bottles onto the production line to support continuous manufacturing operations. Perform rework activities, including unpacking bottles from existing packaging and repacking them into new boxes as required. Build product displays according to company specifications and work instructions. Place caps on bottles and verify proper fit and product presentation. Stack finished goods onto pallets safely and efficiently for storage or shipment. Work effectively in a non-climate-controlled environment where temperatures may fluctuate based on outdoor weather conditions.Desired Background/Skills:
Must be at least 18 years of age. No previous experience required; training will be provided. On-the-job training available to support success in the role. Ability to lift and move objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights safely and efficiently. Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull as required to perform job duties. Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Steel-toe shoes are required.Other Information:
