Pay/Benefits Great Company Culture Join our Team Your Safety is our #1 Concern As a Machine Operator you will: Comply with safety policies and practices Maintain a safe and clean working environment Understand and operate multiple production machines to safely produce a sound quality product Ensure overall equipment effectiveness in accordance with established standards and guidelines Complete charting and document production activities as required to meet or exceed quality standards Monitor, maintain and adjust machines during continuous production to prevent machine stoppages and minimize waste Operate and/or work around highly automated systems including robotic equipment Understand and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures such as the BRC Food Safety Policy, GMP's, HACCP Principle, ISO14001 and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules while completing work tasks This is a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

2 years of experience in high manufacturing HS Diploma or equivalent Basic PC Knowledge Able to read and interpret drawings, review specifications, review work instructions and report line performance Mechanical Aptitude Able to work a flexible schedule Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently

Pay Rate:

$21.50

• 23.50 an hour
• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
