Candidates must be proficient in math, be willing to learn and improve, collaborate within a team, pay attention to detail, have physical stamina & strength, and a desire to work in a fast paced, quality driven atmosphere. Upon successful completion (2 years) of training, employees will begin operating machines within our local manufacturing facility. This is a rare opportunity to learn a skilled trade and establish a career with a state of the art company. Training on high speed equipment with tasks including but not limited to: Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle. Feed material or parts to semi-automated machines. Inspect parts with precision measuring tools. (calipers, micrometers, ruler, etc.) Fix issues that might occur during the shift. Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws. Keep records of approved and defective units or final products. Maintain activity logs. Clean and pack completed products.
