Molding Machine Operator 📍 All Shifts Available (1st, 2nd, 3rd) 💲 $17-$19/hour + Overtime Opportunities Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Molding Machine Operator to support daily molding and casting operations. In this role, you'll set up molds, operate equipment, and ensure high-quality production standards are met. This is a great opportunity for candidates with hands-on manufacturing experience who enjoy troubleshooting and working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Set up molds, dies, and tooling for injection molding or ceramic casting Operate molding machines and monitor cycle times Adjust basic machine parameters to maintain product quality Troubleshoot common defects (short shots, flashing, incomplete fills, surface issues) Perform routine mold and die maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, minor adjustments) Inspect finished parts for accuracy, consistency, and quality standards Record production data, mold changes, and process adjustments Communicate equipment or material issues with supervisors and maintenance teams Required Skills & Experience Experience with injection molding, ceramic casting, or similar processes Knowledge of mold setup, alignment, and clamping procedures Ability to identify and resolve common molding defects Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read work instructions and basic technical drawings High attention to detail and quality standards Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with blow molding, plastic molding, or extrusion Experience performing machine changeovers Experience in manufacturing or production line operations Why Join Our Team?
