Machine Operator

ComSonics is seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team in Weyers Cave. In this role, you will be responsible for operating automated assembly and surface mount assembly machinery to produce high-quality products. You will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and safe production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Ensure the quality of products by conducting regular inspections and identifying defects. Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions. Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Assist with the loading and unloading of materials.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. Six months of experience as a Machine Operator or in a related manufacturing role preferred. Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and other technical documents. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
