Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. This role is essential in supporting our manufacturing processes and delivering exceptional products to our clients. Duties Operate CNC machines, lathes, and press brake machines to produce precision components according to specifications. Utilize measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accurate dimensions of finished products. Read and interpret technical drawings and SolidWorks designs to execute machining tasks effectively. Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions promptly. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations within the manufacturing facility. Document production processes, including any adjustments made during operation, to ensure traceability and quality control. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, with a strong understanding of machining processes. Proficiency in operating CNC machinery, lathes, press brake machines, and welding equipment is highly desirable. Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software for interpreting technical drawings is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual productivity standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work consistently.
