• 7:00 AM (4 days on / 4 days off) We have partnered with an installation company specializing in extrusion work , currently seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our night shift production team.

This is a great opportunity to work a consistent 4-on/4-off schedule while contributing to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position starts at $17.00/hr, but will receive an increase of $22.00/hr+ once hired on. Position Summary As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment related to extrusion processes, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met. Key Responsibilities Operate manufacturing and extrusion machinery according to safety and quality guidelines Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting Maintain accurate production and quality documentation Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Qualifications Previous machine operation, manufacturing, or extrusion experience preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work night shift and a rotating 4-on/4-off schedule If you're a dependable, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply today!
