Job Title:
Assembly Operator (1st Shift)
Compensation & Location Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour 1st shift $19 2nd
Shift Location:
Bennington, VT Shift:
1st Shift 6AM to 2:30
PM Shift:
2nd 2:30PM to 11:00PM Position Overview We are seeking motivated individuals to join a global manufacturing leader of advanced electronic components. Our client is a Fortune 1,000 company whose innovative products power the world's most in-demand technologies across the automotive, industrial, computing, aerospace, and medical markets. This role operates on the 1st Shift within a premier, 100-employee manufacturing facility focused on specialized capacitor production.
Key Responsibilities Execute Production:
Follow detailed process specifications to perform assigned assembly functions.
Maintain Equipment:
Ensure manufacturing equipment is in good working condition and cleaned daily.
Data Logging:
Record critical production data accurately on lot traveler documentation.
Quality Control:
Visually inspect parts to ensure strict conformance to technical specifications.
Qualifications Comprehension:
Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal technical instructions.
Core Skills:
Strong communication skills and solid basic math proficiency.
Detail-Oriented:
Keen eye for detail during visual inspections.
