Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Cannabis Processing Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of our cannabis products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment dedicated to compliance and excellence. You'll be part of a collaborative team committed to producing top-tier products while adhering to strict industry standards and regulations. This Job is $15 - $17 an hr plate rate hourly pay plus cents per gram that you finish daily. Total pay is what you make out of it Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and processing of cannabis products according to established procedures Operate packaging equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently to ensure accurate product handling Conduct quality checks to verify product consistency and compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the processing area, including warehouse spaces and assembly stations Support inventory management through proper documentation and tracking of materials using warehouse experience Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance when needed Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery following safety protocols Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environments preferred Mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus for understanding automated systems Knowledge of FDA regulations, CGMP standards, and industry best practices for cannabis processing Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is advantageous Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Comfortable working with assembly processes and using hand tools in a fast-paced setting Vermont Cannabis CCB Card This position is paid and offers an engaging environment where your skills contribute directly to the production of high-quality cannabis products.
