Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join our food manufacturing team in Fairfax, VT. This is a hands-on position responsible for ingredient preparation, equipment operation, sanitation, and quality control.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret mix tickets to determine required ingredients Accurately weigh and measure ingredients for production batches Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding materials and ingredients Perform quality checks throughout the production process Disassemble and clean equipment according to HACCP standards Maintain accurate production and batch records Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards preferred Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team This is a great opportunity to join a growing company offering a consistent four-day work week and a team-oriented environment.
