Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic seasonal team as a Tent Installation Crew member, where your energy and craftsmanship will bring outdoor events to life! In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe installation of tents and related rental items, ensuring they are secure, stable, and visually appealing. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for clients while maintaining high safety standards. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop construction skills, and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence. Duties Set up and assemble various types of tents, canopies, and temporary structures according to blueprints, schematics, or verbal instructions Use hand tools and power tools to secure tent frames, poles, stakes, and guy lines efficiently Inspect all components for damage or defects before installation to ensure safety and quality standards are met Coordinate with team members to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, position, and stabilize heavy tent components safely on-site Perform site inspections during and after installation to verify stability, safety, and adherence to client specifications Disassemble tents carefully after events or projects are completed, ensuring proper storage of equipment for future use Varying schedules based on weekly needs•often includes Sunday work Experience Prior experience in construction site work or event setup is highly desirable Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, or heavy equipment operation is a plus Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to detail Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately A valid drivers license is favorable This role is seasonal•until about mid October with the opportunity to continue employment at the beginning of next season in May. Successful candidates should provide 2 job and/or character references.
Pay:
$18.00•$25.00 per hour
