Job Description

Position Summary The Maple Syrup Canning Technician helps bottle, package, and prepare maple syrup products for sale. This position is responsible for maintaining product quality, cleanliness, food safety standards, and efficient production operations. Responsibilities Operate bottling, filling, capping, and packaging equipment. Fill, seal, label, and package maple syrup products. Assist with equipment setup, cleanup, and daily production tasks. Monitor product quality and packaging accuracy. Maintain a clean and sanitary work area. Follow food safety and quality control procedures. Move syrup, packaging materials, and finished products as needed. Assist with inventory organization and stocking production supplies. Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors. Work with the production team to meet daily goals. Physical Requirements Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry production materials. Comfortable working around warm equipment and heated syrup. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and dependability. Pride in producing a high-quality Vermont maple product.
