Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packager to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for preparing products for shipment by carefully packaging items according to specified standards and regulations. Your energetic approach will ensure that each package is secure, compliant, and ready for delivery, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Duties Assemble, inspect, and package products using appropriate tools and techniques to meet quality standards. Operate packaging machinery and hand tools efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal downtime. Follow detailed instructions related to packaging specifications, including labeling, sealing, and documentation. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety guidelines. Use forklifts and warehouse equipment safely to move materials as needed within the production area. Conduct routine quality checks to verify product integrity and packaging accuracy. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, packaging machinery, and forklifts safely. Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments with a focus on assembly and packaging tasks. Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in labeling, sealing, and documentation. Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely while maintaining high productivity levels. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay:

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
