What You'll Do:

Assist experienced welders and fabricators with materials and prep work Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks Learn basic welding and metal fabrication techniques on the job Perform quality checks and operate power/hand tools Maintain clean and safe work areas Complete tasks with urgency and professionalism

What We're Looking For:

Required:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively Valid driver's license and reliable transportation High school diploma or GED Ability to pass drug and background screening

Preferred:

Experience using power tools Forklift or warehouse experience Interest in long-term career development in manufacturing or welding
