Job Description

Adecco is partnering with a well-established client in Everett, WA to hire a 2nd Shift Machine Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is perfect for candidates with mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery, loading raw materials, and monitoring production to ensure parts meet quality standards. You'll join a team that values hands-on experience, continuous improvement, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this position, you will work Monday through Friday, 3:15pm to 11:45pm. The pay for this role will be $22/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Loading raw materials into machines Operating machinery to produce high-quality parts Monitoring production processes and reporting defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor Moving materials as needed throughout the production area Maintaining a clean and organized work area Following safety protocols and company guidelines Performing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for repetitive tasks Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Comfortable standing for extended periods on a concrete floor Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs Experience using power tools preferred Must be comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced production setting Adecco is partnering with a well-established client in Everett, WA to hire a 2nd Shift Machine Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. Pay Details:
