Bindery Associate Job Description We are seeking a Bindery Associate who can set up and operate bindery equipment effectively. The ideal candidate should possess a mechanical aptitude and have experience working with tools. Basic math skills are also essential for this role. Responsibilities Set up and operate bindery equipment. Utilize mechanical aptitude and experience with tools to maintain equipment. Perform basic math tasks such as counting, stacking, and sorting accurately. Read and follow written work instructions meticulously. Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly. Maintain high attention to detail in all tasks. Essential Skills Mechanical aptitude with experience in tool handling. Basic math skills including number ranges and attention to detail. Ability to stand for long periods and work 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week. Additional Skills & Qualifications General production experience preferred but not required. Manual dexterity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in schedule based on business needs. Why Work Here? Work Environment This position is within a production printing environment that can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It is a fast-paced setting with machine noises, requiring flexibility as shifts are confirmed daily. The work involves being on your feet all day. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Everett, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
