Production Finisher / Mold Operator Job Description Immediate opening for a Production Finisher / Mold Operator Support manufacturing in aerospace and medical industries Work in a clean, temperature-controlled facility Perform finishing, assembly, and plastic molding tasks Focus on quality, accuracy, and safety Responsibilities Perform finishing and assembly tasks (inserts, fastening, bonding, welding, sanding, masking) Operate plastic molding machines to produce small parts Use hand tools and light power tools for assembly work Read blueprints and work instructions to meet specifications Complete repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency Measure parts to ensure accuracy and compliance Complete required documentation accurately Follow all processes, procedures, and quality standards Work with team members to meet production goals Keep work areas clean and safe Essential Skills Ability to safely use hand tools and light power tools Manufacturing or assembly skills, or strong mechanical aptitude Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision Strong attention to detail Basic mechanical skills and comfort using tools Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions Experience using measuring tools Entry-level or experience in production or assembly environments Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production roles Mechanical or electrical assembly experience Familiarity with production tools and equipment Experience in aerospace or medical manufacturing is a plus Ability to work well in a team setting Why Join Us Stable, growing company Benefits include medical, dental, and 401(k) with company match Clean and professional work environment Strong focus on safety, quality, and reliability Contributions are recognized and valued Work Environment Modern, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility Work with molding machines, assembly stations, and standard tools Clean, organized setting Emphasis on safety and following established processes Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
