In this role, you'll work hands-on with advanced manufacturing equipment, helping produce critical aerospace components that demand exceptional accuracy, consistency, and craftsmanship. Your expertise will directly contribute to products that support some of the industry's most advanced aerospace programs. What You'll Do As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in daily production operations within a dynamic aerospace fabrication environment.
Responsibilities include:
+ Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment such as CNC machines, lathes, mills, and other fabrication machinery + Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications + Performing machining and fabrication processes with precision and attention to detail + Conducting quality inspections using calipers, gauges, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools + Troubleshooting machine operation issues and implementing efficient solutions + Ensuring products meet aerospace manufacturing standards and quality requirements + Following workplace safety procedures and maintaining a clean, safe production environment + Collaborating with production teams, engineers, and quality personnel to meet manufacturing goals + Adapting to new technologies, machinery, and manufacturing processes as needed Required Qualifications We are seeking candidates who bring strong machine operation experience and a commitment to manufacturing excellence, including: + Experience operating manufacturing machinery in a production or fabrication environment + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications + Knowledge of machining processes and metal fabrication techniques + Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and gauges + Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities + Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused mindset + Understanding of workplace safety standards and safe machine operation practices + Strong communication and teamwork skills + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Preferred Qualifications Ideal candidates may also have: + CNC machine operation experience + Experience in aerospace, aviation, automotive, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries + Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing standards and quality systems + Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies or automated equipment + Technical training or certifications related to machining or manufacturing operations Why Join Us +
