Job Description

Sky Café is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Assembly Agents to support daily flight kitchen operations. In this role, you will be responsible for kitting, packing, and assembling equipment and supplies to customer specifications while maintaining strict quality control, food safety standards, and required ready times to support a positive airline customer experience. Position Overview Assembly Agents kit, pack, and assemble equipment and supplies according to customer and airline specifications. This role is critical to internal quality control, ensuring all items are accurately prepared, safely handled, and delivered to designated staging areas on time. Job Duties & Responsibilities Kit and pack a variety of items in accordance with customer specifications and operational requirements Work efficiently with strong attention to detail and accuracy Safely assemble and deliver products to assigned staging areas Ensure daily compliance with quality standards and food safety requirements Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines Important Requirements Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug testing, and a criminal background check, including all TSA and Customs requirements Ability to perform work using required PPE, including but not limited to protective gloves, freezer/cooler gloves, hot mitts, cut-resistant gloves, aprons, goggles, hearing protection, safety footwear, and any additional required PPE Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment, ensuring all products meet required ready times Regular and reliable attendance in accordance with company standards Flexibility to work overnights, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with Sky Café rules and regulations for the safe and effective operation of the Flight Kitchen.
