Weekend Machine Operator Beckman Coulter Diagnostics 💲 $24.20/Hour 📍 Weekend Day or Weekend Overnight Shift Available Looking for a schedule that gives you four days off every week? Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is hiring Weekend Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team producing critical reagent products used in diagnostic testing around the world. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, machine operation, production, or warehouse experience who are looking for a stable career with a global healthcare leader. AM Pay:

What You'll Do As a Machine Operator, you'll help manufacture and package reagent products used in laboratory testing and diagnostics. You'll work with advanced production equipment in a clean, highly regulated environment focused on quality, safety, and precision.
Responsibilities include:
Operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment Formulating, filling, packaging, and labeling reagent products Performing quality checks and solution testing Recording production data and maintaining accurate documentation Following GMP, FDA, ISO, and company quality standards Identifying and communicating production issues Supporting continuous improvement initiatives Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Working closely with production, quality, and support teams to meet manufacturing goals What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing, production, machine operation, or related experience Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or other regulated industries Experience operating production, filling, packaging, or labeling equipment Knowledge of GMP, FDA, or ISO-regulated manufacturing practices Experience maintaining production records and documentation Strong teamwork and communication skills Why Join Beckman Coulter? âś… Starting pay of $24.20/hour âś… Work only three days per week âś… Four days off every week âś… Clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment âś… State-of-the-art facility and equipment âś… On-site cafeteria âś… Paid holidays after 960 hours worked âś… On-site contractor support for quick assistance and communication âś… Opportunity to gain experience with a global leader in healthcare diagnostics âś… Make a real difference by helping produce products that support patient testing and healthcare decisions worldwide Work Environment You'll work in a modern manufacturing facility that is clean, organized, well-lit, and temperature controlled.
