Join this employee-owned manufacturing team in Beaver Dam! No experience? No problem. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. Employees are trained on 1st shift before transitioning to their permanent 2nd or 3rd shift schedule.
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload CNC and manufacturing machines
  • Monitor production runs to ensure parts meet specifications
  • Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment
  • Follow work instructions, process documentation, and quality standards
  • Record production information and complete required paperwork
  • Identify and communicate quality concerns or production issues
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
  • Make tool changes and machine adjustments as needed
  • Assist with machine setup and operation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Participate in team problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts
  • Support training and teamwork initiatives
  • Use material handling and testing equipment as required Requirements for
Machine Operator:
  • Manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful but not required
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to use measuring tools or willingness to be trained
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable attendance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
