$17.00- $18/Hour +

2nd or 3rdShift Hours:

3:00 PM- 11:00 PM, Monday-Friday 3rd

Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Load and unload CNC and manufacturing machines
- Monitor production runs to ensure parts meet specifications
- Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment
- Follow work instructions, process documentation, and quality standards
- Record production information and complete required paperwork
- Identify and communicate quality concerns or production issues
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Make tool changes and machine adjustments as needed
- Assist with machine setup and operation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Participate in team problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts
- Support training and teamwork initiatives
- Use material handling and testing equipment as required Requirements for
Machine Operator:
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to use measuring tools or willingness to be trained
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
