QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Machine Operator at a company in Brillion, WI. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift, apply today!
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate machines and tools to meet production standards.
  • Assemble outdoor power equipment using hand and power tools.
  • Strictly adhere to standard work procedures to ensure consistent quality.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve daily production goals.
  • Assist team members in other areas when needed to meet targets.
  • Operate necessary equipment required to perform your role.
  • Engage in problem-solving to address any production issues.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements for
Machine Operator:
  • Ability to stand for 10 hours a day and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Physically capable of bending, twisting, turning, and performing tasks above the head.
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs at varying frequencies.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to use hands in a fast-paced assembly process.
  • Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): bump hats, steel-toe boots (required on the first day), earplugs, resistant gloves, and safety goggles.
  • Capable of adhering to strict standard work procedures and safety protocols.
  • A team player with strong communication skills and a desire for personal growth.
