- Thursday) Join our team in Brillion, WI as a Machine Operator responsible for safely operating machinery and tools while assembling outdoor power equipment.
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate machines and tools to meet production standards
- Assemble outdoor power equipment using hand and power tools
- Adhere to standard work procedures to ensure consistent quality
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily production goals
- Assist team members in other areas when needed to meet targets
- Operate necessary equipment required to perform your role
- Engage in problem-solving to address any production issues
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements for
Machine Operator:
- Ability to stand for 10 hours a day and perform repetitive tasks
- Physically capable of bending, twisting, turning, and performing tasks above the head
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs at varying frequencies
- Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to use hands in a fast-paced assembly process
