Machine Operator $25hr Job Description Join our team as a machine operator where you will play a crucial role in the production and creation of sticker labels for packages. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of machinery and the efficient packaging of our high-quality products. Responsibilities Operate machinery to produce sticker labels for packages. Perform rewind and inspection work off presses to ensure quality. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure smooth operation of machinery. Package finished products efficiently and accurately. Essential Skills 2+ years of experience as a Machine Operator. Proficiency in production and machine operation. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in printing and general labor related to machine operation. Why Work Here? Work Environment Choose from three shifts that best suit your lifestyle: 1st shift from 6am-2pm, 2nd shift from 2pm-10pm, or 3rd shift from 10pm-6am. Off-shift candidates will receive training on the 1st shift for approximately one month to ensure a smooth transition. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pewaukee, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
