Job Description

As a Packaging Technician , you'll be a key player in producing high-quality grain-based food products that reach millions. Location:
Cambria, WI Available Schedules:
6am-6pm on a 2-2-3 schedule 6pm-6am on a 4 days on/4 days off schedule $3/hour shift premium and 40 extra hours of PTO for night shift!
Compensation:
$22-$25/hour based on experience $3/hour shift premium and 40 extra hours of PTO for night shift! What You'll Do Keep packaging equipment running smoothly and efficiently Troubleshoot jams, seals, and equipment issues quickly Perform quality checks to ensure products meet high standards Complete paperwork and data entry for outbound shipments Who is Didion?

REQUIREMENTS
High School Graduate, GED, or equivalent experience. Basic driving skills required; forklift driving experience a plus. General computer competency required Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, in particular a food safe environment, a plus. Ability to work autonomously using critical thinking, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills to complete assigned tasks safely without supervision. Demonstrate ownership of job function and area equipment. Demonstrate personal initiative and collaborative, team player approach. Ability to proactively drive continuous improvement project creation and execution. Ability to read, write and speak English fluently in order to communicate effectively with team members within and external to pack department.
