$20.50/hr
HOURS:
6:45am to 5:15pm, Mon-Thurs and Mon-Fri every other week (OT) Our client is looking for
MACHINE OPERATORS
 to join their team. These positions are full-time, temp to hire opportunities. Hours are 6:45am to 5:15pm (rotating between Mon-Thurs and Mon-Fri, offering you 3-day weekends and OT pay every other week!). These positions also offer bonuses once hired on directly, as well as a fantastic benefit package. You don't want to miss out on this opportunity!
Essential Job Duties:
Work with computerized equipment, HMI touchscreens Loading correct materials on to the production line in the correct sequence Ensuring material meets specifications Putting joints properly together on the table Taking action to fix/replace defective materials Monitoring equipment to ensure proper operation Be proficient in the use of forklifts Able to use basic power tools. Skill saws and chop saws Documenting quality and production checks Ability to be cross trained at multiple stations #EauClaire1
Requirements:
High School or GED Diploma Experience in manufacturing is preferred Computer skills and/or forklift experience a plus! The ability to multi-task and work under pressure Detail oriented, highly organized, punctual, and reliable Knowledge of basic math skills
