® Boot & Shoe Cleaners. Our hands-on manufacturing work includes operating brush machines, using hand tools and metal presses for assembly, and powder coating each product. Team members work together to build durable, quality products that are proudly made in the USA. This is a part-time position in Coon Valley, WI, Monday to Friday. Boot and Shoe Cleaners. Training provided. Apply powder coatings evenly to achieve the desired high-quality finish. Training provided. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a clean work area and follow safety protocols. Responsible for work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work area. Perform manual labor with strong manual dexterity. Lift up to 40 lbs. overhead. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Skills Strong work ethic, attendance, and punctuality. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques a plus. Experience operating forklifts is a plus.

Education & Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Valid drivers license is preferred.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 16.0 per week
