Noon Job Summary:
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating assigned equipment to support production operations. In this role, employees help ensure products are produced accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. Machine Operators work as part of a team to meet production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Functions:
Machine Operations & Production Operate machines and equipment following standard processes and work instructions. Load and unload materials as required. Follow work instructions, specifications, or production requirements. Ensure products are produced accurately and meet quality standards. Quality & Accuracy Inspect materials and completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Identify and communicate issues as needed. Workflow & Efficiency Support production schedules and maintain consistent output. Contribute to efficient workflow and team productivity. Safety & Organization Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. T eam Collaboration Work collaboratively with team members and leadership. Support team goals and overall production success. Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Working knowledge of machine operation processes and equipment. Ability to read and follow instructions or basic drawings. Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to understand work instructions, safety guidelines, and job-related communication.
Education and Experience Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
1-3 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. Competencies Action Oriented

- Roles in this environment involve regular exposure to a shop-floor manufacturing setting.
