Work Hours:

4:00pm - 4:00am; 3 days on, 4 days off (working consecutive days, no swing shift)

Pay Rate:

starting from $23.20/hour What you'll do: Responsible to follow all safety procedures as required by the role, and to nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements. Responsible for complying with and following all standard operating procedures and work instructions. Perform all job tasks utilizing required personal protective equipment and correct safety procedures. Maintain quality, productivity and waste according to set standards. Ensure product is sheeted according to production schedule. Web the sheeter. Calculate the machine count. Clean the sheeter. Perform routine sheeter maintenance. Keep work area and machine organized and clean. Complete the necessary paperwork. Back up material expediter. Drive clamp truck and fork truck. May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Must have strong mechanical aptitude. Must be a good problem solver. Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple written and oral instructions. Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize the English language. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, decimals and fractions. Ability to give, receive and analyze information. Requires education equivalent to two (2) years of high school. Ability to meet deadlines. Regular attendance is an essential function of the position. May be required to work some overtime. Requires nearly constant concentration and attention to detail.

Ability to:

see clearly at 20 inches or less; see clearly at 20 feet or more; identify and distinguish colors; observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point; judge distances and special relationships; and to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus.

Ability to:

stand and walk for 90% of work time; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl for 10% of work time. Ability to climb stairs up to up to 5-10% of the shift Ability to: use hands for 100% of work time; reach above shoulders for 30% of work time; and use feet to operate machines for 30% of work time.
