We have an opportunity for a Molding Machine Operator to join our Delavan, WI team. You will perform necessary operations on a variety of plastic injection molding presses to produce quality components at a predetermined standard.

You will:

Perform necessary operations to mold components including proper placement and removal of inserts and removal of part from an injection molding press Perform secondary operations such as removing spurs and knockouts, sonic welding, deburring, and minor assembly and packaging. Perform in-process quality checks such as visual checks or run out and communicate non-conformances to appropriate Molding technical staff for correction Support floor operations such as swapping resin, automatic press operation, operator breaks Productivity reporting and Quality audit reporting

Key Qualifications:

Employees must be able to work in a team environment. Experience with operation of injection molding presses Experience using hand tools, power tools, air tools. Experience using sonic welders, drill presses, arbor presses, pallet jacks, mills, measuring equipment, and scale grinders.

Physical Requirements:

Light work frequently, medium work frequently. Standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 40lbs. without a lift assist.

Shift/Hours:

1st shift 6:00am•2:00pm Monday•Friday Overtime as needed either after shift or on

Saturdays Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $18.00•$20.00/hr. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
