About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Manufacturing Operators for a leading manufacturer in Dresser, WI. This is a great opportunity for candidates with machine operating, production, warehouse, packaging, printing, food production, woodworking, or other industrial equipment experience. In this role, you'll support experienced machine operators while learning specialized manufacturing equipment and processes. What You'll Do as a
Manufacturing Operator:
Set up and operate manufacturing equipment including punch press, press brake, and turret machinesAssemble components and finished goods using various production methodsInstall, adjust, and align tooling and equipment for production runsRead and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedulesMonitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues as neededPerform inspections using measuring tools to ensure product qualityHandle materials and load or unload machines to maintain production flowComplete production documentation and maintain a clean, safe work environment What You Need to Bring to the
Manufacturing Operator Role:
At least 6 months of experience operating machines, equipment, or production lines in any manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, printing, food production, woodworking, construction, assembly, or industrial environment preferredExperience operating any type of machinery or equipment is encouraged and will be consideredMust be able to work with blueprints, work instructions, and production documentsMust have basic math and measurement skillsMust be comfortable using hand and power tools and also measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, or gaugesStrong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new machines and processesAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
