Job Description

We're seeking Machine Operators to work in our client's Glendale, Wisconsin facility. The Machine Operator will be responsible for equipment operations in coating, compounding, and converting areas. Your main goal is to produce defect-free products that meet or exceed customer expectations. You'll succeed by following standard work procedures and adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment (coating, compounding, converting)

Ensure machinery runs properly to meet product specifications, using rulers and calipers to measure tolerances

Operate pump and filtration systems during production processes

Perform in-process inspections and quality testing to ensure product meets specifications

Troubleshoot machinery and make process adjustments to maintain product quality

Perform roll changes using material handling equipment and thread webs

Achieve daily and weekly production goals while maintaining high quality standards

Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and identify process gaps

Maintain accurate documentation and production records, ensuring timely data entry in the ERP system

Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the work area What You Need to

Succeed:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, data entry)

Strong math skills and ability to read a ruler accurately within 1/64"

Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly, push/pull 100 lbs, and climb ladders

Mechanical aptitude for working with hand tools and pneumatic tools

Troubleshooting skills and ability to follow written instructions

Forklift operation experience is a plus
