You will monitor production, perform process inspections, operate a forklift, and help keep work moving safely and on schedule. This is a full-time 2nd-shift position working 3:00 PM-11:30 PM, Monday-Friday. Pay is $21-$23/hour plus a $0.50/hour shift premium, with health, dental, vision, and a profit-sharing program. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate various types of heat-treatment equipment Perform process inspections to confirm parts are processed to customer specifications Monitor assigned work and help meet production schedules Operate a forklift as required Promote and participate in safety regulations and procedures Support team members on the same shift, other shifts, and across locations Required Qualifications Ability to demonstrate a logical, detailed, and disciplined approach to equipment operation Strong desire to be an excellent team member and support coworkers across shifts and locations Solid past work history Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Ability to work 3:00 PM-11:30
