Job Description

Job Overview Key Logo, a contract clothing decorator, is seeking to add an experienced embroidery machine operator to their embroidery team. Embroidery machine operators are responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining commercial equipment to decorate a wide variety of apparel and bags. The role requires knowledge of hooping techniques, thread tension management, and fabric stabilization to ensure flawless design execution on diverse textiles. The ideal candidate has previous experience, is able to work independently to troubleshoot technical issues, maintains strict quality control, and efficiently meets fast-paced production deadlines. Customer service and Microsoft Outlook experience is a plus.
Hours:
6:30am - 3pm, with overtime as needed. This position pays $16-$20/hour based on experience.

Responsibilities Set up and operate multi-head commercial embroidery equipment (Barudan, 6 or 12 head) to fulfill customer orders. Select appropriate threads, needles, and backing based on fabric type and design complexity. Hoop and stage garments correctly (including hats and bags) to ensure accurate alignment and prevent puckering. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine errors to minimize downtime. Requirements Proven experience in commercial or industrial machine embroidery Understanding of thread tension, hooping techniques, and fabric stabilization Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for extended periods.
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
