Additional weekend schedules available Responsibilities Operate production machines to complete manufacturing cycles Inspect parts during and after production using calipers and measuring tools Perform basic testing on finished components Package and label finished goods for shipment Accurately document production and quality data (manual and digital) Requirements 6+ months of manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience Experience with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers preferred) Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Consistent work history Work Environment Smaller team setting (3-4 operators per area) Loud manufacturing environment (hearing protection allowed) Not a full cleanroom, but lab coats and hair nets are required Ability to listen to music or podcasts with one earbud Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.40 - $23.40/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
