Chemical Soap Packager -

Job Description Position Summary:

Responsible for safely and efficiently packaging chemical soap and cleaning products according to company standards, production schedules, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor packaging equipment and machinery. Fill, seal, label, and package chemical soap products accurately. Inspect products and packaging for quality, leaks, damage, or incorrect labeling. Measure and handle chemical soap products according to established procedures. Follow all workplace safety, chemical-handling, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Maintain a clean and organized production and packaging area. Record production quantities, batch information, and packaging activities. Assist with loading, unloading, and moving raw materials and finished products. Report equipment problems, spills, damaged products, or safety concerns to supervisors. Follow company procedures for waste disposal and chemical cleanup. Meet production goals while maintaining product quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Previous packaging, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to safely handle chemical products and wear required PPE. Good attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move packages as required. Basic ability to read labels, production instructions, and safety information.

Work Environment:

Production/manufacturing facility with exposure to chemical cleaning products, machinery, noise, and varying temperatures. Appropriate PPE and safety training are required. IND3
