Machine Operator Job Description We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team on the first shift. This role involves operating a variety of different fabrication equipment, to produce quality parts in a metal manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate manual part in part out mechanical stamping punch presses and other equipment. Review shop orders, work instructions, blueprints, and inspection records to produce quality parts. Examine and measure products to verify conformance to specifications using specified measurement equipment. Comply with policies, processes, and systems of the ISO quality management system. Work Environment Our facility operates on a laid-back environment with climate control, ensuring comfort throughout the day. The 1st shift hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and a $1.50 premium is provided on off shifts. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Johnson Creek, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $68000.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
